Born
in Manchester, England in 1948, David has been a professional musician
and entertainer since the age of twelve and has had many notable successes
in a variety of areas in the music industry. In the 1970’s he was a member
of and musical director for, The New Seekers, who rose to fame notably
for the song ‘I’d like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony’,
better known as ‘I’d like to buy the world a Coke’ . It was a number
one hit in 36 countries and was the first of many successes by the band.
Later in the 1970’s he became better known within the industry as a songwriter
and a record producer before taking a step back from the limelight to
indulge his passion for jazz and ‘big band’ drumming, including an appearance
on Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show where he was featured playing with the
Doc Severinson Orchestra. In 1980 David moved to California to become
the musical director for Princess Cruises on what is better known as the
‘Love Boat’. It
was during this time that he made several trips to Egypt and first encountered
the pyramids, it left a lasting impression that eventually turned into
a passion. When illness forced his early retirement from touring he returned
to Scotland and eventually, in 1992, wrote a short story entitled ‘Gnower’,
which had a profound effect upon him. The story was about a modern day
Noah, but was partly autobiographical, up to a point. David’s problem
was that in the story he made fictional references to the geometry of
the Giza Pyramids and how they indicated another place. The premise was
something he knew nothing about at the time, in fact his mathematical
knowledge could be accurately described as non existent. He is the first
to admit that he had never heard of Cayce’s ‘Hall of Records’ prophecy
until 1995 and the recent development of interest in all things Egyptian
as we enter the new Millennium. Ten
years later it is a very different story. David’s journey through the
mind of the ancient architect has led to a revelation that no one was
prepared for, including himself. It has led to an understanding of the
totality of the message left by the pyramid builders – not only the precise
location of the ‘Gateway to the Underworld’, but beyond, to the place
where it all began. Mathematics do not tell lies, it is the only language
that cannot be corrupted and is fundamental to understanding the God of
the ancient surveyors. Geometry is the language of the Universe and the
Giza Pyramids are the key to Mankind’s heritage. The Gateway is soon to
be opened, are you prepared for it’s message? David is now retired and lives as a happy recluse, playing traditional music with his friends, on the Isle of Skye in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland.
